MarginFlow needs to see your contracts and your inbox to work. Here's exactly what that access does — and doesn't — allow.
MarginFlow requests read access to your inbox to check incoming client messages against your contract. It does not have — and does not request — permission to send, draft, or delete on your behalf.
Change-order drafts are generated for your review only. Nothing leaves MarginFlow and lands in a client's inbox unless you personally copy it, edit it, and send it yourself from your own account.
Gmail access can be disconnected at any time from Settings → Integrations, or directly from your Google Account permissions. Disconnecting stops all future reads immediately.
Contract files and email content are used to power scope matching and alerts for your account. They are not used to train shared models or shown to other MarginFlow customers.
Removing a client from MarginFlow removes its contract file and associated alert history from your account.
MarginFlow only ever sees the contracts you choose to upload. Nothing is pulled from other systems automatically.
See our Privacy Policy for the full detail, or get in touch with any specific questions before you connect an account.
